Refund policy

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase from Pawsenger™. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return window:
You may request a return within 30 days from the date you received your order. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.

Eligibility for returns:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them
- Items must be free from pet hair, odors, or damage
- Must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Used, chewed, or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival)

Return shipping:
We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns within the 30-day window. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label.

Refund process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or defective items:
Please email photos of the product and packaging within 7 days of delivery to support@ridepawsenger.com and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How to start a return:
1. Email support@ridepawsenger.com with your order number and issue
2. Receive approval and prepaid return label
3. Pack and ship your item back
